BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF THOSE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM

OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON THIS SITE, OR THE COST OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE

dimend SCAASI™ reserves the
right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove
any portion of the foregoing terms and conditions in whole or in
part, at any time. Changes in these terms and conditions will be
effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use
of this Site after any changes to these terms and conditions are
posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. These terms
and conditions constitute the entire agreement between dimend
SCAASI™ and you in connection with your use of this
Site and the information, products and services provided on this
Site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use
of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim
or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent
jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions or
portion thereof to be unenforceable, then that provision shall be
enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent
of these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and
conditions shall continue in full force and effect. In the event
of any termination of these terms and conditions, the disclaimers
and limitations of liabilities set forth above will survive indefinitely.
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by dimend
SCAASI™ from its offices in Chicago, Illinois, the
United States of America. As such, these terms and conditions shall
be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving
effect to its conflict of laws provisions, and dimend
SCAASI™ and you agree that all actions or proceedings
arising in connection with use of this Site, the information, products
and services provided on this Site or these terms and conditions
shall be settled by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, the
United States of America. Such arbitration shall be conducted in
accordance with the then applicable and prevailing arbitration rules
of the American Arbitration Association, where all decisions and
awards rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and conclusive
and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof as a
basis of judgment and of the issuance of execution for its collection.
If for any reason the foregoing arbitration clauses become inapplicable,
then dimend SCAASI™ and you
agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with
use of this Site, the information, products and services provided
on this Site or these terms and conditions shall be tried and litigated
exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in Chicago,
Illinois, the United States of America.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to assure the information presented is accurate,
but we cannot be responsible for any price errors. All orders are
subject to approval, we reserve the right to cancel erroneous orders.
Return Policy.
We at dimend SCAASI appreciate the opportunity to
serve you, and create any of our unique styles for you. Our hand-crafted
masterfully
created designs are carefully made to the strictest quality control – that’s
our promise to you, and this is why thousands of couples have
selected dimend SCAASI in the USA and Worldwide!
If for any reason we have not met or exceeded your expectations,
you are welcome to return your merchandise and receive full credit.
You may also exchange it with a different style. Please don’t
hesitate to email us with any questions at sales@dSCAASI.com or
click the Chat button on the left for assistance.
American Express Card Holders: A restocking fee
of 3.5% will be assessed on all returns or cancellations.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those
that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other
than dimend SCAASI), or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted
for return.
Returns without "Return Murchandise Authorization" Number (RMA),
and packages that are improperly packaged, or uninsured, will be refused receipt.
dimend SCAASI is NOT responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
All orders are shipped upon completion. If you opt to leave your
finished order with us for delivery at a later date, the 30-day
Return Policy will apply from the date the order was actually ready
for delivery.
Please read the following specifications which may apply to your
order in case of return:
Loose Diamonds:
dimend SCAASI is in the business of selling fine certified diamonds.
Any Loose Diamond purchased from dimend SCAASI can be returned for a full refund
within 30 days of signed receipt. You must contact
dimend SCAASI within those 30 days to receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number
(RMA) and shipping information. Diamonds (or any merchandise) returned without
RMA will not be accepted. Please include ALL paperwork received from us, including
the Certificate of your diamond, with your return. A missing Certificate carries
a $250 replacement fee. Returns should be sent via any carrier, (we recommend
US Express Mail), and must be insured for your purchase amount. The
post mark on your package must show a date of no later than 30 days from when
you originally received your order.
Engagement Rings:
dimend SCAASI offers hand-crafted engagement rings.
If your new ring does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full
refund within 30 days of signed receipt. (For Tension
Rings, please refer to Tension Rings below). Custom designs and/or modifications
made to our styles, as well as Bezel set rings, may be returned for store
credit only. Therefore, please
email
us prior to ordering to find out if your custom-made ring can be returned for
a full refund or store credit. You must contact dimend SCAASI within those
30 days to receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA)
and shipping information. Merchandise returned without RMA will not be accepted.
Please include ALL paperwork received from us, including the Certificate of
your diamond, with your return. A missing Certificate carries a $250 replacement

Tension Rings:
dimend SCAASI offers Tension Rings made by Gelin Abaci.
Tension rings are made to fit your new diamond and finger size, and cannot
be re-sized. If the Tension ring you received is too small or too large, dimend
SCAASI will replace the ring (at any time) with a new one, at a fee of $150
in White or Yellow Gold and $275 in Platinum PLUS shipping (Tension rings with
side pave' diamonds are subject to additional fees, please contact us for details).
These fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Tension Rings that
have
been
modified, engraved or subjected to excessive damage cannot be replaced.
Straight
returns and/or order cancellation of Tension Rings are eligible for store credit
only, no exceptions.
Note: Due to the unique characteristics of Tension settings,
they can only be serviced through an authorized Gelin Abaci dealer.
Having your Tension ring serviced by anyone other than Gelin Abaci
or its authorized dealers will void the warranty.
Wedding Bands:
dimend SCAASI offers unique Wedding Band creations for both men
and women.
If your new ring does not meet or exceed your expectations, you
can return it for a full refund within 30 days of
signed receipt. Custom made wedding bands are eligible for a store
credit only, no exceptions.
You must contact dimend SCAASI within those 30 days to receive a "Return
Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA) and shipping information. Merchandise
returned without a RMA will not be accepted. Please include ALL paperwork received
from us with your return.
Eternity and Diamond Bands:
dimend SCAASI offers hand-crafted Diamond Bands and Eternity Bands
(ETB), set with fine Diamonds and/or Gemstones. In the event your
Diamond Band, or Eternity Band does not meet or exceed your expectations,
you can return it for a full refund within 30 days
of receiving your merchandise. ETB made for a finger size smaller
than 4.5 and/or larger than 7.25, can only be returned for a store
credit. Custom made ETB not offered regularly on our site can only
be returned for a store credit. Please contact us within 30 days
to receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number
(RMA) and shipping information. Merchandise returned without a RMA
will not be accepted. Please include ALL paperwork received from
us with your return.
engLISH Collection Rings:
dimend SCAASI's engLISH Collection bands are made each
time to fit a particular finger size and undergoes days of meticulous
hand-crafting and finishing. We regret we can only accept engLISH
collection ring returns for store credit.
