Thank you so much for making what I thought would be the hardest decision into something so easily manageable. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical when I was looking around for engagement rings, but when my friend told me how great it was to work with you I had to check out what you offered.

The detail of the rings outlined on the website and the detail of the actual diamonds is something that is above and beyond any typical jeweler. Immediately I knew that I had to talk with you. Your willingness to accept ideas and to work we me made the experience so must easier! Once I chose the diamond and exactly the type of ring that would fit for my fiancée, I could not wait to come up to Chicago and see it in its final form.

If, in one word, I would have to define my reaction to the first time I saw the ring you created, that word would have to be BREATHTAKING. The craftsmanship and detail of the ring was extraordinary. I was so excited about the ring I could barely keep myself from calling my fiancée on the way home.

I will never forget her face when I proposed. First, amazement and shock (we are living 1700 miles away and she did not know I was coming)-but once that wore off I could not get her to keep her eyes off of the ring. Her first words to everyone she called after that were, "I can't believe the ring he got me. It's exactly what I imagined."

Thanks again for making this such an easy experience. I can't wait to come to Chicago again to try on our wedding bands and so my fiancée can see the displays available.
