Online Purchase Return Window: You may return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at sales@dscaasi.com for authorization, and we’ll provide a free return shipping label along with return packaging instructions. (See below for product specific return policies)
Online Purchase Refunds: Refunds are only available for orders placed directly through our website. Return requests submitted 15-30 days after receipt will only be processed as store credit. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
In-Store or Virtual Purchase Return Window: You may return your in-store or virtual purchase within 30 days of receipt for store credit only. Contact your dedicated sales representative or email sales@dscaasi.com for further instructions. Cancellations of orders in progress are eligible for store credit only. Return Shipping: Please carefully follow our provided return packaging instruction and guidelines. dimend SCAASI is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. Please ensure your return is properly packaged with all original paperwork including certificates are included. Returns missing the original certificate are subject to a $150.00 replacement fee.
Condition of Returns: Items that are worn, altered, resized, engraved, or appear damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store Credit: In-store or virtual purchases made with store credit are non-returnable. Store credit cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Restocking Fee: A 3.5% restocking fee applies for returns or cancellations made with American Express cards.
Eternity rings (rings set with diamonds and/or gemstones 100% around) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Eternity or Anniversary rings set with natural diamonds totaling 3.00cts + are final sale.
Sales of luxury watches are final. However, if the watch does not match its description, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.
Returns are only accepted for discrepancies, and the watch must be unworn with all original packaging and security tags intact.
